All pricing includes properties within 15 miles of the McCarran Blvd loop. 

Properties outside of these areas are subject to a travel surcharge starting at $20 depending on your location. 

All properties within 5 miles of an airport require air traffic control clearance before aerial/drone photography can be done. All aerial/drone photography is contingent upon getting the proper FAA approval. No approval means no aerial/drone photography. Although rare, there may be a delay of up to 90 days in getting clearance, prior to aerial/drone photography being done.

  • Zillow 3D Home® Virtual Tour - $99 as an add-on to above packages - $149 as a stand alone product.

  • 360° Hosted/Branded Virtual Tour - $149 as an add-on to above packages - $199 as a stand alone product.

  • Image Retouching - $99 per hour - (This service applies when Client requests specific retouching, including removal of cars, objects, or major blemishes. We will supply an estimate before beginning work)

  • Stand-alone Aerial/Drone still photography starts at $149. (Minimum of 3 External Shots)

      • Full Day Rate, with Bundled Licensing – $1200 plus $25/per image post production fee minimum

*Commercial (Interior Design, Staging, Architecture, Builder, Contractor, etc)  may require custom quotes based on the specific requirements of the project. Staging, cleaning and property prep services not included. FAA Part 107 Drone Certified Pilot. Drone photos subject to weather conditions and FAA No-Fly Zone restrictions.

What's Included?

All Real Estate Photography Packages (Except Exterior Only) Include Professional Color Correction and Photo Editing. All still photos are hand blended in Photoshop, and are not simply HDR processed.

  • All Clients will receive photos in the following sizes/resolutions:

    • 1800x1200@72ppi - for Web/Email use

    • 3000x2000@300ppi for large full resolution Print Quality photos

  • Purchasers of the Virtual Slide show receive:

    • 6 months of hosting included

    • Fully customizable Branded and MLS-Compliant Virtual Tours through your own Personalized Client Panel. You have complete control over the layout, order of pictures, music, etc., or you may choose the original default.

    • Weekly e-mailed seller reports

    • Personalized/downloaded printable flyers

  • Purchasers of the Zillow 3D Home® Virtual Tour receive:

    • Automatic upload of the tour to Zillow and Trulia

    • Links to the tour and embed codes to enable easy upload to social media or your website

Policies

  • Upon download of the images, client agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as outlined on this website.

  • SCHEDULING - Please contact via phone (775) 393-9710 or use the Contact Form. We will contact you within 24-hours.

  • PAYMENT - Payment will be made either on site through cash or check, or by Credit Card upon delivery of the images. In some cases, a 50% non-refundable initial payment may be required before photos will be released for download (may affect new Clients or those with a history of outstanding invoices). Timely payment is expected as Nevada Photography Solutions LLC does not normally require payment prior to a shoot as most competitors do. Late fees will apply. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page for complete payment terms.

    *USAGE RIGHTS - Under Federal Copyright law (US Copyright Act, Title 17, US Code), Nevada Photography Solutions LLC, (Photographer) owns the copyright to all images produced. The Client is purchasing Limited Licensing Rights to use images in marketing of this single property. Images may not be used to market other similar properties. Images are licensed solely to the Client who paid for the service and solely for marketing this specific property for sale. “Third-Party Use” rights are not granted and images may not be provided, distributed or sold to any third party including, but not limited to, stagers, homeowners, builders, other agents, or any print or Internet publication without the consent of the Photographer. Client agrees to refer all third parties requesting USE of said work, directly to Photographer. Photos used in magazines and/or marketing publications must also include a credit to the Photographer. Photographer reserves all other rights including Editorial Use. A returned check, declined credit card or lack of payment voids any and all Rights to Use the work and deems any and all USE as an infringement on Nevada Photography Solutions’ copyright. A retainer shall not be considered payment in full. Community, lifestyle, landscape, common area amenities, etc. images for the specific property to be used beyond the marketing of the specific property may be purchased for an extended license usage fee which will be based on length of license and intended use.
