How it all began....
My name is John Harwood, and I am the sole photographer and proprietor of Nevada Photography Solutions.
I am a native Nevadan, and was born and raised in the Reno/Sparks area. My wife Mary moved here from Nebraska at 11 years of age. We both attended elementary, middle, and high schools in the area. We both grew up here, raised kids here, and we both know the area well.
Since I purchased my first Nikon 35mm camera in 1992, photography has been my passion. Photographing special events for my family and friends had become second nature to me.
I eventually developed an interest in landscape and portrait photography. I’d been told for years by family and friends that I had a real talent, and should try and make my photography more than just a hobby.
Finally, in January, 2017 my brother-in-law, who is a realtor in the area, asked me to photograph one of his homes/listings. He was extremely happy with the results. This shoot led to another... which led to another... which resulted in very happy results to all parties involved.
Thus, Nevada Photography Solutions was born.
Nevada Photography Solutions specializes in commercial, real estate, and home interior photography in the Northern Nevada/Reno Sparks area.
I strive to be the best and most reasonably priced photographer in the area specializing in this type of photography.
I understand that selling your house and home is a very big deal. A lot of time and money goes into the sale of a home. You should always want to present your home in the best light to any potential buyers. As such, people should always want to hire a professional photographer for the job. People should also want to hire the best photographer for the job.
Should you trust in me to photograph your home or listing, it is my goal to meet and/or exceed these expectations, and I fully stand by my work. As such, I am one of the few photographers in the area to offer a full refund should you not be completely satisfied with the photos that I provide.
